The interview was conducted on teams, I met with the line manager as well as a member of the team I was applying to. I was asked several questions about myself and why i would be a valuable member of the team

They asked me to solve some questions regarding a mock project
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Atkins (Epsom, England) in Jan 2018

Online application with written answers to a series of questions, followed by online physcometric tests, then a 20 minute telephone interview, following that I was asked to attend an assessment centre at their Epsom office.
