Interview
The AtlantBH technical interview process usually starts with an HR screening to assess fit and motivation, followed by a technical round testing coding, algorithms, C#/.NET skills, and problem-solving, often including live coding and system design. Behavioral questions about teamwork, communication, and handling challenges are also asked, with possible additional technical or managerial rounds before receiving feedback or an offer.
Technical interview lasted about an hour. One of the interviewers was slightly unprofessional, laughing and giving off some bad vibes, but there was also another person, Kenan I think, who was very professional and asking good questions.
