It wasn't the best experience. The first call was a standard HR call, where you discuss your experience a bit and gather info about the role. Right after, they provided with a task, which was a project-like test. You had to prepare an onboarding journey for a client. And not just that, they wanted additional things. So they wanted the candidate to prepare everything that you need to complete when you start the job, for one quarter. They reviewed it first, and then invited me to the next step. Right after that, I did a panel interview, where I showcased the project itself and also the project.
What is disheartening is the fact they didn't provide any constructive feedback after. It was the standard AI-written vague response, like we picked another candidate, although they said that they would provide specific feedback. I don't recommend putting that much effort in, so you don't get any response at the end that would be useful to you.
