As a fast-growing startup, frequent changes can sometimes feel disruptive. Adaptability is necessary, as processes and structures evolve regularly.

I've recently discovered that this company requires candidates to record a 3-minute video of themselves just to be considered for a position. This practice feels invasive and raises serious privacy concerns. They seem to be implementing such requirements in poorer countries in Asia, likely because they would never dare to do this in the USA or Europe. As a result, I’ve decided to withdraw from the application process and will not be submitting any videos. I urge others to be cautious and protect their privacy in these situations. Stay safe!
