The process was straightforward enough but they required a very complex assignment before any interviews which seemed a bit odd. Never met with hiring manager or anyone else and they asked for a large campaign plan for marketing.

I had two rounds of interviews for this position. The first was a short phone interview followed by Zoom interviews with two teams. Communication and expectations were very clear, and the follow up was quick.
