Interview
After the round with the recruiter/HR, first round interview was with a senior PM.
She directly conducted the entire interview with Chinese, which I did not expect. I was not prepared for this and tried to tell her my Chinese is not as good as my English, and she said OK but continued to ask me everything in Mandarin Chinese.
The interview was a clear bust, but there was no follow-up from the HR/recruiter to formally notify me of my rejection either. This was 4 months ago.

self-intro in English, most successful case you've dealt with, why do you want to work in SG, also some questions about work permit,
and most questions are asked in Mandarin
First round hr chat. Then 2nd chat with hiring manager and final round with one of the team member. Total 3 rounds of interviews.... Interview process is straight forward and simple.
