- Greatly focus on latest AI technology adoption, with lots of company support and sharings - lean team structure that boost innovation and efficiency - colleagues are mostly caring and friendly, much less office politics - free lunch, free snacks and coffee with plenty of choices

Cons

- language barrier exists due to multiple company offices setup - blaming culture exists in some team and makes it less agile and innovative. - less chance and budget for salary increment and promotion in recent years
