      Pros

      - Greatly focus on latest AI technology adoption, with lots of company support and sharings - lean team structure that boost innovation and efficiency - colleagues are mostly caring and friendly, much less office politics - free lunch, free snacks and coffee with plenty of choices

      Cons

      - language barrier exists due to multiple company offices setup - blaming culture exists in some team and makes it less agile and innovative. - less chance and budget for salary increment and promotion in recent years

      They respect uniqueness and diversity of all employees and listen to employee feedback. They have been proactive in taking employee welfare. It’s a great company to work and grow for a career.

      Work schedule might be vary since it's handling international business.

      Everyone was very welcoming and guided me through learning everything I needed to for the internship. Valuable, hands-on projects with a variety of applications.
