Once my profile shortlisted then they have scheduled the interview call on ms team. Interview went well but not sure why they have not shortlisted May be the reason is related the high compensation

Worst experience ever. I attended the interview sometime in November 2015 after an interview was scheduled by Siemens HR from Electronic city on a weekend drive. I attended the interview and cleared all the including director round. I signed the job application and i was sent for the day saying the HR will reach me within a week with offer details. I left the campus on a happy note and waited for HR to revert. But even after 2 weeks, no response. I then mailed HR asking the status and i was greeted with nothing but silence. I called him on his number, and after about 10 tries he finally picked the calls to disappoint me by saying my application is under process. This game of silence continued for about a month and finally HR mailed me asking me to meet him and scheduled a meeting. Again with all the positive attitude i went to their campus and met the HR and he discussed with me for about 20 mins and asked me all the HR questions and asked me to leave for the day promising me he would revert back within a week. As usual i waited for a week and after receiving nothing, i mailed to HR to check the status. I'ts been 3 months now, till this day HR is maintaining silence. I would recommend any candidate to not wait for the offer if you do not hear anything in a week. Simply they will waste your time. And do not assume any response from HR.
