Gespräch ist gut gelaufen. Erst gab ein Vorstellungsgespräch per Telefon und dann nach eine Tagen habe ich eine positive Rückmeldung bekommen. Ich wurde zur eine persönliche Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen. Der persönlichen Vorstellungsgespräch lief sehr gut.
Lebenslauf, danach persönliche Motivation und gründe für den Wechsel, erstes Mal online Meeting, zweites Mal in Person, alles im allen fände ich den Ablauf relativ trocken, das HR Team muss auf jeden Fall neu eingestellt werden

The interview was coool, highly reccomend this company, everything was great, you feel comfortable on the interview and they just measure your attitude towards the job. They asked me about studies and experience, nothing difficult.

A: Mentioned our biggest competitors, X, Y and Z. Came very well prepared to the interview and described our competitive advantages.
