Atos Cloud Services Engineer-DBA interview questions

I had an initial telephonic interview for HR, then moved to face to face. It was very productive and I was considered for another better position and had went through another technical interview with the hiring manager. All went very good and was offered. The process took hectic time. After making me waiting for 6 months, (in between I was updated as my work permit was in process), I was thrown out without any hesitation telling me they found another locally settled candidate.
