I applied through the website, the HR specialist called me and we had a phone interview which was very positive. She asked the typical question, regarding why I choose the company or what is my motivation, there was a language audit as well (in English, she asked about how I cope with the stress). Despite the interviewer was very positive and she appreciated my experience I did not get a job.
