2 hour interview. This company was more concerned about getting info from a competitor and how they operated and less concerned about getting to know me as a possible candidate.

One phone call with the divisional director, no in person or virtual interview required. Pretty in depth questions about qualifications and background and situational questions as well. She also asked questions about leadership style and conflict management since it is a supervisory position.
