Straightforward - I had a phone screen with a recruiter, met with the hiring manager, then with a peer. I did not make it past that round, but everyone was very thoughtful and responsive! I'm not sure why I didn't proceed.

Quick phone interview with the recruiter, then take-home design assignment where you do an example email design. It'll come up in second rounds with the marketing team or a current designer. Everyone seems too busy to interview though.
