The hiring manager kept moving up our interview from our originally-scheduled meeting time. She was nice but the entire interview was a complete waste of time as they do not know what they want. With a year or two of experience, anybody could do this job. She said there will still people left to interview, yet within days they reposted the position on LinkedIn. How idiotic is that? Do you really need to meet 85 people for a job that pays $45k - $60k? I asked for the full $60k, and I'm guessing that others are also asking on the higher end because they just ended up reposting the position immediately after.
Auction Packages: if you're not willing to pay $60k, don't post it. Stop wasting everybody's time (including your own).
