Four interviews in total. One HR screening phone call. One with line manager. And two seperate interviews with team members. Was all somewhat conversational. Last 2 meetings were based on questions about the company’s principles.
I went through four interviews in the hiring process. The First one was the initial 30 minute phone call with HR. Then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that second round I had two other 45 minute interviews (one in German, one in French) with the director of the department, and a team member.
