I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Audible (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2019
Interview
I contacted a recruiter who initiated the process after that. The first step was a hackerrank challenge with 2 algorithmic questions: one easy and the other was medium-hard. After clearing the coding round I was asked to schedule a phone screening. It was a standard coding interview. I was asked 2 questions, one easy, the other one is tagged hard in leetcode. The recruiter replied back within 2 hrs after the screening asking me to schedule an on-site interview. I had 5 rounds: 2 behavioural, 2 coding and 1 design. The on-site interviews were pretty fun. And when I say 'fun', they actually were. I enjoyed meeting everyone. All the interviewers were super nice and made me feel comfortable. Audible was the first company. where I actually enjoyed giving the interviews and time flew. After giving the interviews I knew that this was the place where I wanted to work. The best part of the entire process was the communication with the recruiter. My recruiter was very nice and it felt like he actually cared. He gave me a prep call before my on-site which was very helpful. After my on-site, they reached out to me with an offer the very next morning. Overall, everything was very smooth.

Interview
The interview process was really smooth. The interviewers were professional, kind, and prepared to pair program. Apart from the behavioral interview, which was all star format stories, each interviewer asked one question related to an Audible value. After giving my answer, we'd hop into the technical part.

Interview
It takes time and the entrance exam is really hard. You will need to know most all of leetcode and even then the questions they ask are framed in a way that involves Amazon products so it can be confusing
