Coach that was ghosted. So I had 3 rounds of interviews. First was applying and filling out questions. Then was contacted by May (employee) who asked me for more questions. Then another contact from May who asked me even more questions (scenarios about coaching) and filled out those questions.
Here from May again to tell me onboarding will be in 2-3 weeks. Great! I give notice at my job that I will not be returning the next school year, will have the coaching job on my resume to show no gaps. 2-3 weeks pass, nothing. Ok, give it 2 months. Nothing.
Month 3 comes around and email May. Nothing. After being promised onboarding in 2-3 weeks, leaving my job because I was "hired" here to onboard in early summer, I now am without both a teaching and coaching job. I was planning on leaving teaching, which is why I told May of my availability in the first email.
What Aura Health did to me, a Master's level provider too, is beyond words.
