Did an cognitive assessment, had an interview with HM (job skills, experience, felt like I was really being put on the spot) was given a homework assignment to complete writing up product suggestions from client feedback.

Interview
It was a lengthy though thorough process. Enjoyed the way they celebrated all successful steps.
The process started with some General tests, technical and aptitude - also required some specifics about the company, so do a little research before giving the interview/test.
Once passed that, then there were Technical Questions and a project to work with. Needed to give a presentation as well.
Passing that and once selected, generally takes you to an on job test program, which also needs to be passed to get a full time contract.

They gave a complete project scenario, and how would I deal with that being a Project Manager- like if I am facing issues that are impacting customer quality, while timelines are really stringent.
