All staff were very professional and receptive to my responses. There seemed to be a genuine interest in my responses and all interviewers made an effort to make the interview relaxed, open and comfortable. All communication was handled in a clear and professional way also.

Interview
The interview process was professional and included discussions around business development, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and handling complex customer situations. Interviewers were knowledgeable and the conversations were engaging.
The main area for improvement was post-interview communication. After completing the final round, I did not receive a clear update on the outcome despite waiting several weeks and following up. Better communication and closure for candidates would significantly improve the overall experience.
Overall, the interview experience itself was positive and provided a good opportunity to learn more about the role and team.

Nach einem ausgiebigen Telefongespräch mit der Personalvermittlerin kam eine Einladung zu einem Event und einem Interview. Das Interview wurde von 2 Personen vor Ort durchgeführt und ca. 1 Woche später kam die Antwort.
