I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk
Interview
Recruiter(s) were very helpful and friendly through out the process. They moved relatively quickly with scheduling interviews and other details and were always available to answer questions.
After several phone interviews with dev manager(s) followed 5 on-site interviews with team members from different disciplines such as PM, development, etc.

Question 1
How would you describe 'Agile' to a high school student?
2 system design, 1 coding, 1 hiring manager.
System design focussed on standard questions (design a room reservation system and a messenger).
The coding interview was very simple.
Hiring manager screen involved digging deeper into the past experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Francisco, CA) in June 2025
Interview
Recruiter round - HM round - technical screen round.
The process is frustrating and very slow. I had to follow up with the recruiter and a scheduler at every stage.
It took them 2 -3 weeks to get back from each round. After stringing me along for 6 weeks and repeatedly requesting for next steps they rejected me without any feedback.

Question 1
Usual tech recruiter round and HM questions. Everyone was extremely disorganized and had no clue about the position. They kept saying this is a new position and they're figuring out stuff.
