Recruiter reached out with interest post applying on Autodesk career portal. Was little thrown off that there was no recruiter call instead direct first round of interview. When asked shouldn't there be a recruiter call first was told they want to interview my skills first. After submitting availability for interview recruiter kept scheduling for times that I had not provided, No written responses on any emails only automated calendar invites. On the interview day, they went MIA, no response to emails, no one showed up on the interview bridge and when asked, got another automated calendar invite for a different day and no written response.
