I've waited 3 weeks of absolute radio silence to hear that they have filled the position despite me still waiting to finish the process.
I was supposed to just have a recap call of the process with the hiring manager, after that a project presentation to a panel.
I didn't even get to do that as they stopped communicating with me entirely and didn't gave me a fair chance.
When asked the recruiter for feedback since up to that point everything went very well, this is the empty reply:
"We received many candidacies from [Job location] for this role, and the team decided to pursue with a candidate with a current experience that appeared relevant for the role.
I would recommend to apply for any new roles –
Thanks again for your time and interest in Autodesk"
Thanks for the comprehensive feedback recruitiment team.
Additional red flags:
- Hiring manager forgot about the interview and was 20 minutes late
- Got invited to an interview only an hour before was about to start
I wish you all to end up on the other side of the hiring process in this job market and rethink how you treat other human beings.
