Avalaunch Media interview questions

I first heard about Avalaunch from a classmate who enjoyed working here. I applied online and heard back a couple weeks later. I then spoke to the Director of PPC about my background and experience via email. About a week later, I was brought in for a 1:1 interview with the same person. The in person interview was approximately 20 minutes. The interview process for this position was professional and clear.

The interview process was super easy and I really enjoyed meeting the team. The biggest problem was that they strung me along for a really long time before cutting all contact. They kept promising me that they wanted to give me a job but they would never deliver. I went in and I met with the partner in the agency again he confirmed that they wanted to hire me but still, they were stringing me along. Finally, they just stopped communicating with me and I moved on. Very unprofessional and I would hope that a company would treat their applicants with more respect.
