The team is great. You gain a lot of experience with lots of different clients in different agencies.

Cons

The pay isn't competitive, so turnover can be pretty high. There are not too many opportunities for upward mobility.

Pros

The balance of workload per person is out of balance, so you are always learning new skills to meet client needs.

Cons

Very cliquish. As an employee, you are either in or out. And with only a few people allowed in- you always feel out. I can't remember one meeting with executives were there to listen.
