Avanoo interview questions

If you are thinking about applying, don't even bother. Had an initial interview with the HR person, then they gave me a 6hr long task. Then a 30 minute interview with the department head. They gave me another interview task for a different position (5 hrs). Turns out the task I was doing were for a position that WASN'T EVEN OPEN! They had I wish I'd listened to the other reviews. Likely I was doing free work for my interview. These people are scum taking advantage of job hunters.

Initial email contact, then a phone interview. The first time they contacted me they cancelled the phone interview ten minutes before it happened. Then they contacted me again because they said they haven't found the right person, and this time it went as planned. The phone interview was 30 minutes long and the HR rep was polite and professional. I did not get to the second round, so please take this review with a grain of salt, but I have also noticed what other interviewees are writing about on Glassdoor. Cancelling then rescheduling the interview was fishy, and I keep seeing this same job post popping up under different names on Glassdoor. "Head of Visual Storytelling" changed to "Video Editor and Visual Storytelling", etc. Either they haven't decided exactly what they want the role to be, or they're posting the job before they're ready, or perhaps some of the reviews here that they might be looking for free work could be true.
