Long hours. Too many meetings. Unrealistic expectations. Poor vision.

- Very bad management, specially the CTO. They often say that they care about you (which is one of the company's core values), but they actually don't. - The things I worked on are totally unrelated to the job post I applied to. - No work-life balance, even though they say they respect that. - The product that is built is rarely even used by the company itself, even though it claims it improves performance! there has been several attempts to fix this but it never worked. - The product itself is very old and have a lot of issues going years back. I often hear the response "it's always been like that" when I open some ticket about an issue I faced. I don't know how it's still functional. - They "lie" about the numbers they report to their customers. They use every trick they can to inflate the numbers and make them seem legit, without actually lying. - I've never seen a happy ex-employee, and for sure I'm not one.
