Smooth, hiring process is pretty clear, transparent, and fast.
1. Pre assessment test (10 questions, 12 minutes) cover basics of tools (git, docker, CI, etc)
2. Skill assessment test (90 minutes, 30 questions) cover basics of concepts and fundamental questions
3. Technical interview
Interview covers fundamental questions: algorithm, database, system design

Interview
I had a screening interview for the role, but it felt like I was being assessed for several roles simultaneously. The questions centered on DevOps and Linux administration, domains I understand, but that aren’t my main expertise.

- DevOps questions about Protocols, Git, Kubernetes,...
- Linux administration troubleshooting questions about hardware failures.
The interviewer was very friendly and approachable, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere from the beginning. The conversation flowed smoothly, and I felt comfortable expressing my thoughts and experiences. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive interview experience that left me with a good impression of the company and its culture.
