Applied through LinkedIn and received email from a recruiter to schedule telephonic interview. After scheduling it, went through half an hour of interview asking details about skills and behavioral questions. I was told I will be contacted in a week with the answer and still no contact after many weeks. Recruiters don't even have a basic courtesy to inform candidates after going through a round on interview. Not responding just on application is a different thing but not updating after a telephonic interview is even worse.
