It was good. A conversation about work, mutual interests and experience with design. It was a couple of hours, nothing weird, it was friendly, slightly informal and had a good vibe overall.

Interview
There was just one interview with the Creative Director and Account Manager at the A&O office in Bandra. They were friendly.
After I had presented my work the Creative Director told me about the position and it's requirements in detail.
I got a job offer after a month.
