At the end, HR asked if I would be open to a different title, such as Project Manager, to which I agreed if it aligned with my expertise. I also asked about the roles of the attendees, and HR apologized for not introducing them but did not provide their details. A day later, I received a rejection email without any explanation. I followed up to request feedback, but HR never responded. This experience felt unstructured and unprofessional, with a lack of transparency and communication. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through this process, as it was a waste of time and effort.
