Interview mit Vorgesetzten war relativ entspannt und fair. Keine Fragen "wie was sind ihre Stärken und Schwächen?". Die Fragen waren auf den Job und meine Erfahrung bezogen, bspw was man in der Vergangenheit gemacht hat und ob man dies oder jenes kennt.
Personal conversation with a range of people. The exact number seems to vary according to my coworkers but is generally limited to three. Some are knowledgeable in the subject you're applying for and others are HR. There was personal questions based on my CV as well, though nothing that would be an invasion of my privacy.
