3 rounds --> Initial HR Screening --> Techincal interview with director & CISO
The interview process was structured and insightful. It gave me a clear picture of the organization's security posture and expectations from the SOC leadership role. The panel was professional, and the questions focused on both strategic and hands-on aspects of managing a modern Security Operations Center.

Interview
4 mois de process au total : -> un call de screening pour commencer -> ensuite 2 entretiens avec les RH qui ressemblaient plus à une "consultation déguisée" sur comment dérouler et gérer un certain type de projet RH, vu le nombre effarant de questions posées sur comment? avec qui? avec quoi? etc. -> un entretien envisagé avec le Président car candidature séduisante -> et puis....silence radio de 2 mois avant de recevoir un email froid et mécanique m'annonçant qu'un autre candidat avait été retenu! Bref, en matière de "candidate experience", on est encore loin! Quant à l'attitude de cette équipe RH, comment dire....à la hauteur de leur faible talent manifeste je dirais.
