Interview process was brief, yet to the point. I was given an overview of the organization and explained the culture and direction of Axiom. It was more of a conversation vs a pressured and stringent process full of questions. The generalist who called, really wanted to know me and gain an insight to my character and how I could add value to Axiom of which I was a perfect fit. The only barrier was the pay range which was below what I expected. I was told my resume would remain on file should any future opportunities arise. It was a very pleasant interview. Axiom seems like a great place to hold a career.
