Our goal with St. Anthony’s Senior Care Hospital is offering quality care, including therapy, to all of our patients’ who stay with us. As we are in the process of opening our Olathe, KS location we are looking to hire individuals that can provide us with that quality. Our management staff is experienced in the healthcare industry and work for us because we believe they are the best. We aim to offer competitive salaries to those we extend offers to, that includes giving a candidate what they believe they are worth. We do not ask candidates questions about pay during the interview process. We do ask candidates that we are interested in extending an offer to what their pay range is, as most companies do.
