Interview
The interview was divided into a 3-step process. It started with an interview with the hiring manager, roughly 2h long, along with one of his colleagues. After that there was a timed coding test, 180 minutes for 3 problems, followed by a review of said test with people working as programmers in one of the managers teams. Finally there was an interview with HR.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Axis Communications (Lund, Skåne) in July 2025
Interview
First I did a take home programming test. The test was conducted in three hours consisting of three leetcode-style questions.
Then I did a technical Interview with two architects and the boos.
Finally, a grandparent interview which had its focus on soft values.

Take home coding test (working with an api) and behavioural interview. For the takehome assignment you had two days to do it. Smooth process!
Last step is grandfather/mother interview (directors)
