The interview process was organized in these steps: 1) interview with manager and team lead. Focus on job description and my background 2) interview with "grandfather" and HR, focus on personality and background 3) assessment at an external center, like iQ test and case studies 4) offer

Interview
After sending CV and cover letter online, received an interview invitation in 2wks. It took 1.5h for the 1st interview. I met with two people - business manager and project manager. After the interview, received an update in 2wks. They selected 2 candidates for the next interview, which is a process to make their final decision.
