Interview
Fair, but thorough interview process. Two video and one in person interview. Typical STAR questions as well personal questions to better get to know their candidate. Felt that they really took the time to get to know their potential employer.

Interview
I interviewed with Taylor and felt the process went exceptionally well. With my strong background in recruitment, healthcare, and clinical research, I was confident in my ability to answer all questions thoroughly and with ease. I was told to expect a second interview shortly, but that never happened. I followed up several times, spaced about a week or two apart, and was repeatedly told that interviews were still ongoing. I became concerned when I noticed the company’s stock was declining and the role had been reposted—without any communication to me. When I followed up again, I was told to "hold tight." A month later, I finally received a rejection email. I was genuinely disappointed—not only because I believed I was an excellent fit for the role, but also because the inconsistent and vague communication reflected poorly on the company’s internal processes. It left me questioning how they manage both their hiring and their people.

Interview
The first process was about 30 minutes. It was about what you have learned about the company and the medications they sell. It was basically to see if you actually put in effort to learn about the company and if goes well you receive another interview.
