The overall process was good. go a call from the HR and the telephonic interview happened. The interviewer was very knowledgeable. He went through the CV and asked typical good questions related to the profile and the requirement. after that got a call that I have cleared the interview and they have send the Feedback to CTO for approval and In the evening the HR simply sends a mail stating that they have asked to keep me on hold. On asking what is the reason they never bothered to answer the mail and on calling they simply switch off the phone. So my suggestion in good terms is get some professionalism as the person is also an IT professional and if you don't need people then there is no use of wasting your and the candidates time. Over all it was good Exp. in terms of the interviewer and the questions came trough.
