Poor Recrutemt process Where Human Resources almost don’t challenge you at all. Interviews are just like friendship conversation with Human Resources. No challenging questions at all. Seems they are willing to end up quickly

Initial video interview with Human Ressource Manager and Senior Manager. Few days after, a second interview face to face with the Chief Operating Officer. Both interviews where similar, explain you work experience and expose this as added value for the job you apply for.
