called in for an interview that consisted of team building and customer interaction for around 20 mins, then a formal interview with the head of HR and an assistant. we did a small part on picking a product and selling it, you pick a product and explain the features and benefits, you were expected to know roughly what the product will cost and explain to them if this is a good feature

Applied Online. About a week later I got a call at around 8:30pm saying that the original job I applied for (stock replenishment) wasn't available and if checkout was fine. I said yes.
They said they would call me back the following day at 9:30am but it is now 12:32 as I am writing this and I got an email saying that "after your telephone interview, We have decided not to take your application further" but I didn't have a phone interview

I applied online and within about 5 days I had a telephone interview from HR in the store. They then invited me in for an interview which was with HR and a supervisor from the department. The day after I had a phone call to say I was successful and that I would start 3 days from then.
