Good interview, learned a lot about the company and had a walk around to explain how the process works. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful in explaining the position and offering advice.

Interview
Fairly simple process. Work history questions, hypothetical work ethic tests. Mainly cross checking you against your own resume. Very open with company goals and outlook. Quick weld test and had an offer the next morning.
