BASF Business Development Analyst interview questions

I had 2 different and sequential phone interviews with HR and 1 teleconference interview with a technical person. At the last interview, the person said the following step would be to have another interview with the local manager in Canada the next week, but it never happened, they ghosted me completely instead of contacting me and letting me know they selected another person for the position.
