      Pros

The culture is respectful and inclusive and the people are very committed and skilled. There is plenty of opportunity to develop yourself and the company provides generous benefits.

      Cons

It is a very large global company so there are inefficiencies from time to time and the corporate strategy out of head office doesn't always align to local markets and needs.

      Pros

Large multinational organisation that has global presence and communications between offices are exceptional.

      Cons

Lack of career development for employees, and ones that are given opportunities are either graduates or managerial level above. Due to this, the engagement levels among operational staff are low as chances of promotion are slim.
