I got my resume to the right person and he emailed me to schedule when he'd call me, which I thought was for a screening conversation but ended up being a brief phone interview. I was offered the job after a 9 minute conversation.

Interview
I applied online in January for a summer hire position. I was called back in early April for an open position. I had two interviews, the first a screening call and the second a panel interview. I received my offer about 1 week after the second interview.

Interview
The interview itself was very detailed. They asked in detail each aspect of my resume, and they asked specific questions about each aspect. Nothing terrible challenging. Make sure you obviously know everything pertaining to your resume. Nothing technical was asked either.
