Despite informing them that I was available to start immediately, the waiting time between interview rounds could stretch up to 3 weeks +. Unfortunately, no clear updates or expectations were provided throughout the process, making it feel like a prolonged waiting game. Candidates who are urgently seeking employment may find the process frustrating and time consuming. While the company may offer good opportunities, the HR recruitment experience could definitely be improved with better communication and a more efficient timeline.
