After the interview I was offered to take a PPD screening. I Also completed a hands on test for ADLS. Following completion I was offered the position and given a start date and schedule.

The interview process was very straightforward and cordial when it came to setting up Zoom calls and answering some questions through the phone about the hiring process of their company.
