Interview
Recruiter was unorganized and difficult to coordinate with. She failed to contact me during our set date for a phone interview and did not get back to me for several days to reschedule.
The interview was highly behavioural as my department required niche specialized knowledge, so they did not expect co-ops to have experience in that area. They focused on teamwork experience and personality-based questions, with a few simple open-ended technical questions.

it is friendly and behavior-based questions. There are some technical questions at the end but it is just friendly-conversation. They will not care if you can answer those questions or not

HR set up an online interview with the engineers on the team. It was easygoing and very friendly, but I was the only one with the camera on. It wasn’t very technical, mostly typical interview questions.
