BEONTRA interview questions

Never seen a 90-100 minutes hr interview in my life on questions that are useless!! Merely 3-4 meaningful questions were asked! rest all were personality-based questions and also exaggerating and explaining to me about how good the company and the people working there are, and that too after 1st interview, there can be 4 interviews would have been scheduled! Also after the interview, the response was given after almost 20 days that you are not selected without any explanation Mere time waster! Though the product looks good but the hiring process and hr need to self reflect on how the hiring should be done!
