BI Group (Kazakhstan) interview questions

When I applied for a position at BI Group Kazakhstan, the process was quite structured, but smooth. It started with me submitting my CV and cover letter online through their website. I didn’t hear back immediately, but after about a week or so, I received a call from their HR team. The phone interview was pretty straightforward—mostly about my background, why I wanted to join BI Group, and what I knew about the company. They also asked about my salary expectations, which I had thought about in advance. After that initial call, I was invited for an online interview via Zoom. This was more in-depth.
