When I applied for a position at BI Group Kazakhstan, the process was quite structured, but smooth. It started with me submitting my CV and cover letter online through their website. I didn’t hear back immediately, but after about a week or so, I received a call from their HR team. The phone interview was pretty straightforward—mostly about my background, why I wanted to join BI Group, and what I knew about the company. They also asked about my salary expectations, which I had thought about in advance.
After that initial call, I was invited for an online interview via Zoom. This was more in-depth. I spoke with a recruiter and then a team leader. They were interested in how my previous experience could apply to the role I was aiming for and asked behavioral questions
High trust from management, support from shareholders and leadership in initiated changes, and the ability to see the results of your work. Everything is perfect: lots of perks, various special discounts, employee certificates, and gym expense reimbursement.

Interview
Very good interview, polite and nice interviewer. Interviewer gives information about the things you could not answer so you could search and read about it later. Also I was given a test task to work on later home with deadlines obviously.
